From gelatin to cookies to jelly beans, we’ve seen Sour Patch Kids in all kinds of forms. If you ask us, however, nothing beats the original. The latest innovation puts a twist on the classic candy so you can enjoy it in a new way.
The new Sour Patch Kids Bites give you bite-sized heads instead of the whole “kid.” That means they’re even smaller than the original candy pieces and fun to pop in your mouth. Each bag is filled with cherry (red), orange (orange), lemon (yellow), lime (green), and blue raspberry (blue) flavors, so no surprise tastes here! Just adorable little heads ready to be devoured.
In addition the regular variety, Sour Patch Kids Bites Watermelon is expected to roll out with them. Unlike the Sour Patch Kids Watermelon where each piece is green and pink, the Bites are either a solid green or pink. They’re bite-sized and smaller than the ones you’re used to, but that makes them even more fun, right? Plus, you still get that summery watermelon flavor.
Both of these new offerings from Sour Patch Kids have been listed on Walmart’s website. The 12-ounce bags of sour-then-sweet candy are $2.78 each. While it hasn’t been revealed when the Bites will be joining the candy aisle, it’s a good sign that they are popping up online.
